Natural Movement

I am inherently a lazy person. I like the idea of movement that just fits into my life, doesn’t require a lot of dedicated time in a special location (gym or studio), and is “natural” for what my body is designed to do. Building a Habit

I have many good qualities. (It’s okay for me to say this. There was a time I thought it wasn’t, but it actually is okay. We’re given the message that liking ourselves is not okay.
